SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please allow us up to 48h to proceed your order!

The time frame above only refer to the shipment time after the order is sent out. The processing time after the purchase is not included.

We accept returns on non-sale items that are in original packaging, unused, and unwashed within 30 days of receipt. Please follow our returns/exchanges process below. If items do not meet our requirements for return, they will be shipped back to you in lieu of a refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (exceptions may apply). We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

What's your return policy?

  • You may return most goods within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.
  • The shipping cost will not be refunded unless you were sent a wrong or damaged item. 
  • Products must be returned in good condition with original packaging. 
  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, simply return the item you no longer want and place a new order for the item or size you desire. 

 How do I return a product? 

1. Please contact the customer service team directly and provide your order number and photos if you the product you received was damaged.

2. Customer Service will respond to you within 1 business day with next steps. If you received a wrong or damaged product, you will receive a prepaid shipping label.

3. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost for all other returns so please choose a shipping carrier that provides tracking information as WeeAnime is not responsible for lost shipments.

4. Upon receipt of your return, you will be refunded the original price you paid for the item, plus any applicable tax within 1 business day.  Please allow 1 business day for Paypal credits and 3-5 business days for all other payment methods, . We will notify you via email when your refund has been issued. 

 

  • My product arrived damaged! What should I do?

     

    Sorry collectors! We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged item - especially an item you have waited months for! Unfortunately, mistakes happen and products may get damaged during transit. In the event that this happens, please contact us with pictures of the damaged box or item and we will replace or issue a partial or full refund.  Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! 

    What products are excluded from the return policy?

    • Digital goods such as memberships and gift cards can not be refunded. If there are any issues downloading the product or redeeming your license key, please contact: contactsupport@weeanime.com
    • Mystery Bundles are also not refundable. Please note that if you order multiple Mystery Bundles, you will receive duplicates.
    • Snacks and drinks.
    • Open DVDs and Blu-ray are not refundable.        

     

    My product has a defect / missing parts. What do I do?

    Contact us directly with pictures and explanation of the defect.

     

    • What's your refund policy?

       

      • After an order is cancelled or a return is processed, your refund will be issued to its original form of payment.
      • Upon completion of your return, a refund will be processed within 1-5 business days.
      • After a refund has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for Paypal refunds and 3-10 business days for all other payment methods.
      • We will notify you via email when your refund has been issued.
      • A full refund will be issued even if a WeeAnime Store Digital Gift Card was used as full or partial payment on the order.
      • An order can be cancelled and immediately refunded if the package has not yet begun processing for shipment. 
      • Once a package begins processing for shipment, it will have to be delivered to its destination and returned to WeeAnime before a refund can be issued. Please contact our Customer Service Team for more detailed information.
